THIS MUNICH PACT DESKSET AUCTION IS SUBJECT TO RESERVATION

1. The bidding opens at 7:00AM, CDT, SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. 2. The time limit for all bids is 5PM,CDT, OCTOBER 14, 2008,

2. As of October 14, 2008 at 5:00PM, CDT, the highest bidder over the minimum bid is the Prospective buyer; provided that::

a.) within (five) 5 days after the bidder has been notified, that he is the Prospective buyer, the bidder transfers $100,000.00(US DOLLARS) into an irrevocable, non-refundable escrow account by wire transfer of such funds into a United States bank of the owner's choice and,

b.) by 5:00PM, CDT on the fifteenth day(15), after the receipt of $100,000.00(US DOLLARS) into the above mentioned escrow account, the buyer pays for the bid by a non-refundable wire transfer of funds equal to the bid, less the amount in escrow into a US bank of the owner's choice.

c.) The deskset  will be held in TRUST at the Bank as TRUSTEE until the transaction has been successfully completed, after which it will be released to the buyer.
